THE ART SHOP PAYMENT
This section applies exclusively to orders placed in The Art Shop. Orders made outside The Art Shop are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective retailer.
Accepted Payment Methods:
We accept payments via Credit Card, Debit Card, Google Pay, and Apple Pay. Cash payments are not accepted.
Secure Payments:

RETURNS POLICY
Affiliate Purchases:
Returns, exchanges, and refunds for affiliate purchases are subject to the policies of the respective retailer. Collagerie does not process or manage returns for purchases made through affiliate links.
The Art Shop Purchases:
All items purchased from The Art Shop are made to order and non-returnable. This includes custom artwork that is crafted, printed, and framed specifically for you. Due to the bespoke nature of these pieces, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or refunds unless the item is damaged or defective upon delivery.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Collagerie Ltd will not be held liable for:
- Any loss of profits, sales, business, or revenue;
- Business interruption;
- Loss of anticipated savings;
- Loss of business opportunity, goodwill, or reputation; or

We are only responsible for loss or damage that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms & Conditions or our negligence, up to the value of the purchase made directly through The Art Shop.

All content on Collagerie.com, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Collagerie Ltd or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or republish any content without prior written consent from Collagerie Ltd.
GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Any disputes or claims arising from or in connection with this Agreement (including non-contractual disputes or claims) will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
COMPETITIONS & GIVEAWAYS
Collagerie x Middleton Lodge Giveaway
Competition runs Wednesday 12th February to Wednesday 19th February at Midnight. The winner will be chosen at random on Thursday 20th February. Collagerie (the promoter) will contact the winner to notify them of their prize within 10 days of the competition closing.
Competition is open to those 18+ only and UK entrants only. The winner must reply within 10 days or the prize will be transferred to another randomly selected winner.
The prize supplied by Middleton Lodge is:
A complimentary two-night getaway for two at Middleton Lodge, with breakfast and a sumptuous two-course dinner at the Coach House restaurant. Two complimentary Evening Spa & Swin packages, including use of the thermal spa, with sauna, steam room and pool.
Must be redeemed within 12 months of winning. Booking must be made within one month of being contacted. Subject to availability. Excludes public holidays. Excludes additional food and drinks. Travel not included.
The prize is non-transferrable, and no cash alternative will be made available. This competition is in no way associated with Instagram.
